Register for the SAPA Conference, taking place on 10 September 2024 at the Radisson Hotel in Kempton Park and you could stand the chance of winning 1 night’s stay at the hotel plus have all your travel costs paid for.

 

The competition rules are simple:
 

  • You must be a member of SAPA
  • You must have registered and paid for your conference ticket by 10 August 2024.
  • The lucky draw will take place via a webinar on 12 August 2024.
  • The judges’ decision is final, and no further correspondence will be entered into.
  • The prize is not negotiable, and not transferrable.
  • SAPA will not be held liable for entries not received for any reason whatsoever.
  • If the winner chosen does not comply, their entry will be disqualified, and a new winner will be selected.
  • SAPA reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice. Any changes to the competition will be notified to participants as soon as possible by the promoter.

SAPA CONFERENCE FEES

If you wish to attend the conference, the main event will be held in Johannesburg. The rates are as follows:
 

In Person:

R3 200 for professional members

R3 700 for members

R4 000 for non-members
 

Virtual:

R1 500 for professional members

R2 000 for members

R2 500 for non-members

R800 for Pensioners
 

Pensioner:

65 years or older in the year 2024

R2 400 for professional members

R2 800 for members

R3 040 for non-members

In Person Registration

  • Member discount is only offered to paid-up members. 
  • You and the billing contact of your organisation will receive invoices a few minutes after you have registered.
  • If you see a red notice on the screen about unpaid invoices please contact the secretariat on sapaservices@vdw.co.za to resolve.
  • No swopping between physical and virtual attendance will be allowed after 1 September 2024. Should you wish to change your registration from physical to virtual you will be liable for the physical registration fee, this is due to the final numbers that need to be provided to the venue and costs incurred.
  • Should you wish to cancel your registration altogether, please do so in writing to sapaservices@vdw.co.za by no later than 1 September 2024. Any cancellations not made or the delegate is a NO-SHOW at the conference (physical or virtual) the FULL registration will be payable.
  • If you are asked for a 'Valid Purchase Order Number' kindly use your name as a reference.
